Kick off your week with an energizing 30-minute full-body workout. Build strength, tone muscle, and boost confidence.

Core Centered

Strengthen your foundation with focused core and balance training. Improve posture, stability, and body awareness through intentional, low-impact movements.

Move & Groove

A fun and energizing class mixing dance, cardio and light strength training exercises.

Program Highlights

All classes are 30 minutes — efficient, motivating.

Light Dumbbells encouraged.

For all fitness levels, with modifications offered throughout.
